Innovation Hub: Commercial, Procurement, Development
Our flagship innovation hub in Harpenden serves as the base for our UK commercial, procurement and development teams. The hub’s team brings together more than 50 years of collective industry experience, including Michelin-star-standard expertise. Here, we develop recipes from scratch using scaled-down equipment that ensures our development process accurately represents results when scaled up to full production.
Gdynia Poland
Commercial, Logistics, Technical, Procurement
Our site in Poland integrates three essential functions. The logistics team coordinates with multiple locations to manage product distribution to the UK and beyond, ensuring seamless import processes. Our technical team collaborates closely with suppliers, including embedded specialists across our partner facilities. The procurement team consists of global sourcing experts who combine deep customer insights with on-the-ground resources to deliver results.
